Price List

1. Introduction

All fees are stated in Euros (EUR) exclusive of VAT.

Definitions:

"Transaction" means a document that has been signed by all parties. "User" means a Licensee employee, or other by Licensee designated representative, with a registered account in Forecasterly.

2. License Fees for Forecasterly

The Forecasterly license model is user-based whereby Licensee will be charged by Forecasterly per individual User-account registered under Licensee's company account. The license fee per User as specified in the Initial Order, or in the most recent Expansion Order (if any), applies for any additional Users.

In addition to the user-based license fee, Forecasterly applies a company based License fee.

A User-account in Forecasterly is always individual to the User is registered to, and it may not be shared, neither directly nor indirectly, with other persons.

3. Fees for General Add-on Services

Add-on services not included in specific package are charged for separately. These are from time to time specified at www.forecasterly.com/pricing

Forecasterly can at any time change the pricelist by informing the Licensee 3 months in advance before the changes are made. The Licensee has the right to terminate the agreement if the changes are not acceptance. The agreement will then be terminated at the end of the Term.
